What is reinstatement? When the leasing term for your office or retail shop has expired or terminated, most often than not you are required to return the space back to its original condition just like when you first took over. 

This would typically consist of the following works to be done:

Removing of fixtures and furniture

Eg. Air conditionals, lightings, fans, cabinets, tables, false wall and ceilings.

Dismantling of flooring

Eg. Carpet, vinyl, tiles, parquet and cement screed.

M&E

Removing of electrical wiring, power switches, plumbing and sanitary piping and sprinkler

Restoration works

Install original light fittings 

Painting to original color 

Make good of existing floor and wall 

Insurance and Submission to Relevant authority

  • LEW for electrical works 
  • Submission to SCDF, URA  etc 
  • Professional Engineer endorsement 
  • Public liability insurance before works commence
